Kazmo responds:

Hahaha dang I'm so sorry for leaving you in suspense!

I promise you I'll get around to finishing theseeee, thanks for the review!

A good attempt at a hard concept

Although this song is quite repetitive, I don't think it could be structured better any other way in my opinion. A few things you could change about it if you were ever to improve on it would be to fix some of the bass levels in the kick because it gets slightly distorted at times, so it throws off some of the songs flare. Also I'm a huge fan of the sudden symbol crash segments, its kind of awkward. The number one thing I believe that would most improve this song though is instrument choice. The arp range and arrangement is fine, just maybe replace the synth with something a little more smooth sounding for the high pass, and then something with lower volume and rough like your current main synth as the low pass for a background effect. Also maybe a more "standout bass" to give a better flow of direction. Other than that just basic problems like mastering and maybe adding some filter automations. Ha ha I know your very new to FL8, but I thought a detailed review would help you out. So hopefully my nonsense will make sense!

p.s. (if you want to check out my new stuff you might enjoy it, specifically "The Day We Lost," and "Far From the Light." Its a lot better than what you called "Clap the Savior," lolz.)

Thanks for the lengthy review/help. I'm not so good with FL yet, but I'm working on it.

Still a God of Melody

After listening to Euphoric first, then this, as I've said before I really can not wait to start buying tickets to go see you in concert when that time comes, and it will my friend.

This tops anything I have ever heard in my life.

The Melody is so strong and full of emotion and what really sparks in me is how well the beat goes with it.

Everything is...well its nothing less than perfect.

Never stop, just keep on climbing to the top.

Kazmo responds:

Hahaha I can't wait for that time either! :D

Thank you so much, I know this is a little late of me to reply, I just decided to go through these now.

Thanks again. :]

A good attempt to recreate the past

The essence of Big Blue is here, its just that some of the choices of instruments you used sort of awkwardly play out, like for example the rhythm guitar I felt was a little awkward, and so was the flow of the lead. It can definitely stand to be improved, and it can be great, your just not quite there.

Don't give up though!
Keep at it and you'll do great!

p.s. - if you like megaman i just posted a remix you might like my friend

reminds me of the good ole days

Although I played the X series during its debut for SNES, I still bought Mega Man Xtreme for my GameBoy Color because well, I was and still am an advent Mega Man fan 15 years later and have everything that has to do with Mega Man and gaming haha.

I never really liked Morph Moth on X2, and I still didn't like him in Xtreme haha!

This is a fantastic remix my friend, thanks for twisting in some style to remembering the good days!

Keep it up!

You are a God to be worshiped

This song is by far the best song I have ever heard in my life without a doubt!
It makes Tiesto or Armin Van Buren look like your apprentices.
My only request to make of you is that you create many many many more songs like this, and make it to the big top and start throwing the sickest raves that the world has ever seen.
Like the Global Deejays,
I'll see you in:
Moscow
Memphis
New York
Tokyo
Bahgdad
And many more places.

Don't ever stop your creation, you have started a music machine that will bring serenity and energy to us all.

Keep on keeping on and bring our future my friend.

Kazmo responds:

I think I love you...no homo.

Seriously though, thank you for the awesome support!

Ambient-gasmic

I really like this!
It has a really nice balance of background trance with some progression.
And for doing it in such a short time too, fantastic!
Other than what you say above with needing more effects and such, I'd say it is fine the way it is.
BUT, thinking about it, I think it would be really cool if there was maybe a segment where the tempo slowly picked up towards the end, and then slowed back down much faster for the ending, like dying batteries.
Keep it up my friend! XP 5/5 9/10

Sacrafan responds:

Lol ok. Sounds like that might be able to be adjusted.

Rukkus responds:

Haha. Thanks for the awsome review! I'm sure u got an A+ on that paper ;P I'll be sure to notify u when my CD is released.

pretty good

This song is pretty good, although I feel that there is a certain needed sharpness missing. At 0:33 the synth that jumps in should be a little more crisp I feel, and the transitions are a little weak, but other than those two factors its overall good!

Keep up the good work!
